We only accept returns or refunds if a request is made within 3 days of receiving your order and if the item arrives broken or damaged. To help us assess, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and while we cannot accept returns for change of mind or natural variations in crystals, we will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your experience.
